Q: How does it work?
A: Very simple: you’ll receive EngagePhase Weekly, a weekly email newsletter covering the emerging global community engagement and public participation industry, for as long as you’re subscribed.
Q: Can I cancel or change my payment details?
A: Yes! EngagePhase relies on Memberful, a third-party service for handling paid subscriptions. At any time, simply sign in to update your membership information. You may change your credit card information, billing address, or email address. You may also switch plans or cancel your membership. Your payment info is never sent to our servers so you must log in to make any changes to your account.

Q: Are group plans or corporate licenses available?
A: Yes! We’re happy to discuss custom options and find out how we might best accommodate your needs.
Q: I can’t purchase/login. What’s wrong?
A: Please check the security setting of your browser. If you have disabled third-party cookies then the paid subscription software won’t work. Either use another browser or change your settings. Once you’ve registered or were able to log in you can change the settings back to where they were before.
Q: Can I switch plans?
A: Yes, you can easily upgrade to higher-priced plans (e.g, from monthly to semi-annual, or from semi-annual to annual). Just log in, go to your account panel and select the alternate plan. A prorated credit will be applied to the charge and the change to your plan will take effect immediately.
Q: Do you offer student discounts?
A: Not at this time, sorry.
